02What we build
Six fields, one standard of care.
Each division is a practice with its own craft. What they share is the way we work: patient ownership, small teams, written records, and products that have to be useful for a very long time.
01MediKAI
Health technology
Help people understand what their bodies are telling them, and arrive at the right question.
MediKAI is a health companion. A person brings a blood test, a scan report or a set of symptoms, and MediKAI helps them read it in plain language, connects it with what they have uploaded before, and points to the questions worth raising with a clinician. It does not diagnose and it does not replace a doctor. It makes the conversation with one better.
It was built for a small market first, where results can wait weeks for an explanation and continuity of care is thin. Everything is reviewed before it is trusted, findings are framed as things to discuss rather than conclusions, and features that matter in an emergency are never placed behind a subscription.
Current work
- Report reading with a review step before any analysis
- A long-term record that follows a person across years and clinics
- A vitals checker and a structured second-opinion prompt
- Family profiles, calendar sync and clinician sign-offs in development
02Research
Software and artificial intelligence
Applied research that has to work in a small place with a slow connection.
Our research programme is practical. We build agents that run the group's own administration, rules engines that turn clinical knowledge into safe and explainable checks, and models that behave the same on a phone at the edge of the network as they do in a data centre. Whatever we learn goes straight back into the products.
We publish what we can, keep what we must, and never claim a capability we have not tested against real cases.
Current work
- Internal agents for correspondence, records and scheduling
- A clinical-rules engine built from real patient cases
- Research into low-bandwidth and offline-first operation
03Products
Advanced SaaS
Quiet software that people open every day and keep for years.
Subscription software is how the group's products sustain themselves. We design for the long life of a product rather than its launch: predictable pricing, no dark patterns, data that belongs to the person who created it, and a standard of care that does not fall when a subscription lapses.
The first products are MediKAI for health and Sorsye for daily readings in the classical tradition.
Current work
- MediKAI subscriptions with emergency features kept free
- Sorsye, in private testing
04Engineering
Web3 development
Open, verifiable infrastructure where it earns its place, and nowhere it does not.
We treat distributed and verifiable systems as engineering, not as a marketing position. Where an open ledger, a verifiable credential or a tamper-evident record makes a product more trustworthy, we build with it. Where it would only add cost or noise, we leave it out.
Astorva does not issue tokens, run exchanges or offer financial products. This division builds infrastructure and applications for the group and for partners.
Current work
- Verifiable records and credentials for documents that must be trusted across borders
- Engineering partnerships with teams building open infrastructure
05Advisory
Advisory and administration
For partners establishing themselves in Seychelles and the wider Indian Ocean.
International partners arriving in Seychelles meet a small market with its own rules, its own pace and its own people. We help them arrive well: understanding which activities are open to foreign participation, which structures are appropriate, who the right licensed professionals are, and how to run the resulting companies properly once they exist.
We work alongside licensed corporate service providers, counsel and accountants rather than in their place. Our role is judgement, coordination and administration.
Current work
- Market entry and structuring guidance for partners entering the region
- Ongoing administration and coordination for partner companies
06Trade
International logistics
Trade and logistics coordination at the crossroads of the Indian Ocean.
Goods that cross the Indian Ocean pass through a demanding chain of documentation, classification, valuation, duty and tax, and coordination with carriers, ports and authorities. This division brings that work together for the group and its partners along the corridors that link the region to South Asia, the Gulf, Africa and Europe.
We aim to make cross-border movement predictable and understandable, with clear estimates up front and plain communication throughout. Timelines depend on carriers, ports and authorities, so we promise care and communication rather than dates.
Current work
- Trade documentation, duty and tax estimation
- Coordination along the Gulf, South Asia, Africa and Europe corridors
